ABOUT CHRISTIAN WALTER
A successfully completed university degree in business mathematics has placed his practically acquired professional experience on a broad foundation. Well-founded knowledge in the fields of mathematics, computer science and business administration was applied in special programming of individual systems. He has been active as a seminar leader in Dubai since 2009. From 2011 onwards, as Managing Director of the Liechtenstein branch, he was mainly responsible for the planning and implementation of stock exchange seminars and trade fairs in German-speaking countries. Since 2013, he has mainly been involved in proprietary trading in stocks , options and foreign exchange. In addition, TradeVola offers coaching for stock and options trading as well as seminars on the professional use of the TradeStation platform. These special trainings are relevant for private and institutional investors in the area of stock, option and foreign exchange trading.

ABOUT Javier Otero
A broad knowledge about client and customer service, has worked in different environments, from IT to entertainment, a great, customer support and sales representative, where the most important is the client and how to support them in the best way. Studied communications and went in the way of IT, he worked on SAP system for AES (American Energy Systems) Argentina from 2009 to 2011 in the Global Support Table for Singapore, USA, Argentina, UK, Ireland and India. Creating resolution for any customers issue in the development, changes and release for all the system worldwide. 2012 to 2016 Worked in customer and client services in creating new methods of approach in technology communication with the Ministry of Education Argentina, handing and supporting computer labs in rural schools countrywide. Since 2019 he is Head of TSG support. Hence he has a wide pensum of knowledge on how to open TSG/IB accounts and is the main person resolving the clients issues regarding any step of the way; pre-opening, opening and opened account. Will do his best to support any client to the last moment.

With his extensive knowledge and direct contact with Interactive Brokers as well as TradeStation, he manages to quickly find a suitable solution to the most common technical problems.
